A different mindset, different thoughts, can lead to different neuro-transmitters being released during certain actions. Making you do different actions than if those certain neuro-transmitters were not released. Although the most important part of a different mindset is your perception of reality, not the change of reality itself. Which I believe is mostly outside of your control.

I believe your thoughts+emotions are the thing you, as a human-lifeform, are most 'in control of'. Everything else, like the availability and access to food, sex, social validation, etc. are much more outside of your control than the way you think.

Which is why most people will tend to focus their mind on obtaining these things that are so hard to control, but instead I believe most people are better off focussing on the mind itself, since it's easier to control. And by focussing on what you control, on what you actually have influence on, you will live a life more in line with nature. Accepting of nature.

Validation from foids and society is outside of your control. Outside of anyone's control, it mostly just 'happens'. Even chad can get into an accident and 'lose it all'.

Having your happiness being dependant on things outside of your control is a very dangerous way to live life, and it's not guaranteed that even when you do obtain these 'things' that you will be happy. Why would you have your life quality depend on things you can't even control?

Focus on your mind, on your thoughts. That's what you control. Then you can find happiness.

Yeah it’s one of the worst hard drugs out there.
I like the buzz. It’s like a mix of 3/5 benzo, 1/5 amphetamine and 1/5 ketamine at the right dosage

I only get thirsty and tired even after doing 30+ beers

I’ve never been a big fan of opioids. Have tried heroin (snorted) and a lot of other opioids.
Even IV 80 mg morphine with no tolerance. Gave a 15 second rush and then just boring
