Can you please add long term side effects to the drugs that are mentioned aswell as on the best way to apply it for each drug? great threadHello LooksMax.org. Today, I will provide a guide on all the drugs I have found that can enhance your appearance in one way or another. I will also be going over nootropics.
View attachment 4083488
(I will keep this guide as straightforward and uncomplicated as possible for better understanding.)
(side effects & dosing will not be included dyor as always)
The first pharmaceuticals we will discuss are weight loss medications.
#1 Sibutramine
Sibutramine is an oral anti obesity drug
that works primarily as a serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor(SNRI)
Sibutramine inhibits the reuptake of the neurotransmitters serotonin,
norepinephrine, and dopamine in the central nervous system to a lesser extent,
leading to appetite suppression by enhancing anorexigenic signals and reducing orexigenic signals.
#2 Orlistat
Orlistat is an FDA approved fat absorption blocker
That works primarily by inhibiting fat absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.
It acts locally in the gastrointestinal tract by forming a covalent bond with the active serine residue of these lipases,
rendering them inactive. This inhibition prevents the hydrolysis and subsequent absorption of about 30% of dietary fat
#3 DNP(not a pharmaceutical)
DNP works by uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria.
Instead of producing energy, energy is released as heat, drastically increasing metabolic rate and calorie burning.
Honorable mentions.
Retatrutide, Phentermine.
Next up, we have diuretics or "debloating" drugs.
#1 Eplerenone
Eplerenone works as an aldosterone receptor antagonist
blocking the mineralocorticoid receptor where aldosterone binds
(Aldosterone is a hormone that promotes sodium and water retention in the kidneys.)
By blocking aldosterone's binding, eplerenone reduces sodium reabsorption,
leading to increased excretion of sodium and water
#2 Furosemide
Furosemide works by inhibiting the sodium-potassium-chloride (Na-K-2Cl)
cotransporter in the kidney
This inhibition blocks the reabsorption of sodium, chloride,
and potassium ions from the urine back into the bloodstream
If you are serious about diuretics,
I strongly suggest referring to this thread posted by @SlayerJonas

Moving forward, we will get into SARMS
#1 YK-11
YK11 binds to androgen receptors in muscle tissue similarly to natural androgens, such as testosterone and DHT.
But it only partially activates the receptor, rather than fully activating it.
YK11 significantly increases the expression of follistatin, a glycoprotein that inhibits the activity of myostatin.
Myostatin acts as a brake on muscle growth by suppressing muscle cell proliferation and differentiation.
#2 RAD-140(Testolone)
RAD140 binds selectively to androgen receptors found mainly in muscles and bones.
It activates these receptors to stimulate anabolic muscle building effects without strongly stimulating
androgen receptors in the prostate or reproductive tissues.
#3 LGD-4033
LGD-4033 binds to androgen receptors with a high affinity,
stimulating anabolic activity mostly in muscles and bones
sparing androgenic effects on the prostate and other tissues.
Now let's discuss Skin and Hair drugs.
#1 Latisse(Bimatoprost)
Bimatoprost is a synthetic prostaglandin analog,
that works by stimulating the prostaglandin receptors in hair follicles, primarily the follicles of eyelashes
KEY TO MOGGER LASHES.
View attachment 4083494
#2 Finasteride
This is for the balding bois.
Finasteride is an inhibitor of the enzyme 5 alpha reductase type II,
which converts testosterone into DHT
By inhibiting 5 alpha reductase, finasteride reduces circulating and scalp DHT levels by about 60-70%,
effectively
#3 Dutasteride
Dutasteride is a medication that works by blocking the enzyme 5 alpha reductase
which converts testosterone into DHT like Finasteride
Dutasteride VS Finasteride
Dutasteride and finasteride are both drugs that block the enzyme 5 alpha reductase to reduce DHT
which causes hair loss and prostate enlargement
but they differ in potency and enzyme targeting
Dutasteride inhibits both type 1 and type 2, 5 alpha reductase enzymes and reduces DHT by about 90%,
making it more potent than finasteride.
Finasteride inhibits only the type 2 enzyme and reduces DHT by about 70%
Dutasteride generally shows better hair regrowth results
but is only FDA approved for enlarged prostate, not hair loss.
Finasteride is FDA approved for both male pattern hair loss and enlarged prostate.
Dutasteride has a longer half life staying active in the body for weeks,
compared to finasteride's several hours.
#4 Oral Minoxidil
Minoxidil opens ATP sensitive potassium channels in vascular smooth muscle cells, leading to membrane hyperpolarization and relaxation of blood vessels. This increases blood flow and nutrient delivery to hair follicles
#5 Tretinoin
This one is pretty basic, like the rest of this department
Tretinoin works primarily by stimulating the skin's natural cell turnover process.
It encourages old damaged skin cells to shed faster, making way for fresh healthy new skin
Going on, we will cover Peptide Hormones and Growth Factors
#1 HGH
HGH works by being secreted from the anterior pituitary gland and has both direct and indirect effects on the body.
HGH binds to target cells and stimulates responses such as cellular growth.
Indirectly HGH prompts the liver and other tissues to produce insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1),
#2 GHRP-6 AND GHRP-2
GHRP-6 and GHRP-2 are synthetic growth hormone releasing peptides that stimulate the secretion of growth hormone by binding to the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a),
which is also the receptor for ghrelin, (your bodys natural hunger hormone.)
They act primarily at the hypothalamus and pituitary gland level to increase GH release.
#3 Melanotan II
If you are trying to achieve a tan Melanotan II is for you.
Melanotan II works by copying a natural hormone in the body called alpha Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone
This hormone tells your skin to make more melanin.
When Melanotan II is taken, it activates special receptors in the skin and brain that tell your body to make more melanin,
which makes your skin tanner.
#4 Palmitoyl Tripeptide 1
Palmitoyl Tripeptide 1 works by signaling skin cells, especially fibroblasts in the skin's inner layer,
to produce more collagen and other important proteins that make the skin firmer and more elastic.
#5 Thymosin Alpha 1
Thymosin Alpha-1 helps your immune system work better by guiding important immune cells called T cells and natural killer cells.
These cells find and attack germs and cells like viruses and cancer.
It also helps calm down too much inflammation
felt like throwing this one in here
Now we have, Anabolic Androgenic Steroids.
#1 Testosterone
Testosterone work by replacing the testosterone the body isn’t making enough of.
The hormone is injected into a muscle, where it slowly enters the bloodstream.
It then binds to receptors in muscles, bones, and other tissues, helping build muscle, increase energy, improve mood,
and provide masculine characteristics like a deeper voice.
#2 Anavar
Anavar works by attaching to androgen receptors in muscle and other tissues,
similar to how testosterone works.
This triggers the cells to increase protein production, which helps build muscle and strength.
Anavar is known for having strong anabolic effects with fewer male hormone androgenic side effects than other roids#3 Winstrol
Winstrol works similar to var.
Winstrol works by binding to androgen receptors in muscle and other tissues,
activating them to increase protein production and muscle growth
Winstrol to has strong anabolic effects with fewer male hormone androgenic side effects than other roids
Winstrol also helps muscles retain more nitrogen and boosts red blood cell production, which improves endurance and oxygen delivery.
Finally we will get into nootropics.
#1 Semax
Semax acts mainly in the brain by increasing levels of a protein called brain derived neurotrophic factor
which supports brain cell growth, repair, and learning.
It also activates brain systems that use serotonin and dopamine.
#2 Dihexa
Dihexa works by helping the brain grow and repair itself.
It does this by attaching to a special protein called hepatocyte growth factor,
this helps brain cells build new connections and stay healthy.
#3 Noopept
Noopept protects brain cells and improves the connections between them,
which helps enhance memory, learning, and overall brain function.
Increases production of brain growth proteins like (BDNF) and (NGF)
#4 Cerebrolysin
Cerebrolysin stimulates neurogenesis and neuroplasticity
it protects neurons by reducing cell death, inflammation, and damage from harmful molecules.
5 Bromantane
Bromantane increases dopamine production in the brain through an indirect genetic mechanism.
Instead of blocking the reuptake of dopamine like typical stimulants,
bromantane boosts the production of key enzymes that help make dopamine.

Hey kurd, go ahead and send me a pm about any questions that deal with application/dosageCan you please add long term side effects to the drugs that are mentioned aswell as on the best way to apply it for each drug? great thread
good thread
What is a good alternative for latisse with the same drastical effects on the eyelashes growth?10/10 for fat loss
Ideal for a short cut, 600mg spikes appetite too much with cag/glp1 even so stick to low dose 200-400 ideally + cardio
Best SARM with least amount of side effects, only with test base (test or hcg)
Not good, rapes eye area
A necessity, everyone needs to hop on this
Test is best, no other steroid needed
Only use if your brain is healthy to begin with, else it'll fuck you up because neurogenesis = builds on your existing brain structure, doesn't change it
Means if you have a bad trait you'll make it permanent, e.g. masturbating, addictions, blabla
Oral monoxodilWhat is a good alternative for latisse with the same drastical effects on the eyelashes growth?
I have fucking ethnic hairI never really had hair problems![]()
but i already have thick eyebrows and thick fucking hair and alot of bodyhair imma turn into a monkey niggaOral monoxodil![]()

Great inputNote on the DNP:
It’s a great tool for weight loss i use it aswell,
Personally recommend front loading 800mg first day then doing 400mg until you’re goal weight, and also adding like 30min cardio in the gym everyday will make better results cus cardio will basically be boosted three times of the calories u burn normally on 400mg.
Also, it is very hard to find a good legit DNP source, alot of people sell fakes/bulks/weak quality bs, even SSA sells fake dnp. Thats why u see sometimes people on .org saying dnp didnt do shit for them cus they didnt bother finding a actual good source, best way to do this is to actually find someone that had great results from dnp and ask them where they got it from nicely and order it and try the burn test to see if it explodes meaning its legit
I feel like weight loss drugs would make you hungry as fuck. Kinda seems retarded to me unless you are insanely obese or legitimately have a hard time staying low bodyfatHello LooksMax.org.
