what do you mean by "comparable to drugs" do they give similar pleasure to drugs ? or it has similar negative effects on your body as drugs ?

I’ve mostly seen studies that say porn activates the same areas as drugs and thus a porn addiction is comparable to a drug addiction, and I’m wondering how much of that is bullshit
