well my life is pretty fucked up too so I don't know how much useful advice I can give you, the fact is that I also used and still use tinder and it's a shitty app, if you want to look for something serious don't do it there. as for your girlfriend I'm sorry but there's not much you can do. try to distract yourself as much as possible and find new hobbies that keep your time busy, at least you're more likely to get less drunk
