Just take castor orally, start from small doses like one drop and increase gradually to 1/3 of teaspoon, 1/2 of teaspoon MAX

Yeah, it really depends on the person, that’s why I wrote that u should increase dose gradually to avoid troubles with gut/stomach.

I never had troubles with shitting after drinking it, I had some uncomfortable feeling after first few times with bigger doses tho. But now never, I also take rest from that for a few weeks after like 2 month of using it.

For me it makes wonders, activates hair grow all over the body, if you are lucky you’ll get mogger brows and lashes, if you aren’t you will only get more hair in nose and ass, but that’s unlikely.

Beard and stache also grow faster and fuller, but then again it all depends on your receptors and genes…
