Dry and flaky skin problems (any solutions)

I have extreme dry and flaky skin (flakes on chin,forhead,under eye are,under nose area) and idk what to do to stop it. I tryed a lot of products but they just dosent work of just make it even worse. Does anyone have solutions to treat it or even better cure it?

ive used corticosteroids it helps but its only helping for the moment long term no
