becuz 3 days of water fast is equal to 1 day water fast

but after more than a day of dry fast u feel like shit

so its best to alternate them for max safety + benefits

i passed out from over 2 days dry fast so i always limit to 1 day max

its only dangerous when u add in exercise and heat due to orthostatic hypotension and hypoglycemia, but then again u can just drink water if u feel in pain
