Dry lips on isotret

Fuck man my lips are brutally raped , tried aquaphor, vaseline, several moisturizers but none worked and the lip barrier is fucked bubbly on the surface with crazy even tho pink but they look fucked. What's the next optimal shit i can use to fix em and not just trap water? Heard hydrocortisone helps but not really sure .

Doesn't work man i tried good moisturizers containing ceramides, cholesterol and lipids which is what the skin lacks but they just dry out so easily.

Why did u choose to go for a lower dosage despite the facts tht these incels high dose? Cuz I too was on 20mg for four months and then switched now.

my acne isnt too much so 20mg ed for a few months basically nuked all of it and now i maintain 0 acne at 20mg eod

Crazy and so do u think i should actually go to the derma tor supervision at this stage cuz I am experiencing abnormal dullness and scar and vasodilated redness and so i was on supervision for four months on 20mg and then they suddenly pmo alt days and i was already pissed tht my skin was fluctuating despite zero acne so i decided to Up the dose and now I've ended up with way worse texture of my skin i look constantly tired like shit. Idek what to do.

i think you should lower it, the texture is usually from too much dryness. if you maintained 0 acne at 20mg ed, theres no point in upping the dose, you ll only get more side effects. i think the lower dose you can maintain 0 acne the better

About the supervision thing, do u think i should actually just go to them and act like I am following their protocols? When I am doing my own shit but cuz listen those people literally fearmonger this drug like crazyy and they think i am an madman researching crazy in this stuff. And so i thought fuck them and upped the dose myself.

i aint even go to the derma lmfao i just bought it, you shouldnt up the dose too much though
and also just get your liver lipids checked every few months and you will be fine, no need for derma bs

I mean that's right but tht shit just traps water and doesn't actually do anything for ur lip barrier and then just goes with atmosphere and obviously there'd be some kind of friction etc.
