probably hydration , when i was going to the gym and taking creatine , drinking 4 liters of water a day i never had that issue but now that i drink 1.5L of water a day due to bad habits i always notice how dry my lips are

Bepanthen gel, its a solution for dry skin/dry lips. Helped me when I got drier by acne treatments
