brush ur lips with ur toothbrush to exfoliate them
apply vaseline or any lip balm after
repeat morning and night daily
this should be pretty self explanatory

For me I'd brush them with toothbrush under running water and then apply Vaseline or red Vaseline

There are crusty even if i drink much water
Sometimes i have like some white stuff on my lips do you have Tips for that ?
I clean my toung and shower every day so what could it be ?

it's the same thing as moisturizing the rest of your face, without it, your skin will be dry, so just exfoliate the dead crusty skin away and hydrate the layer below on repeat until your lips are smooth. bring vaseline with you 24/7 and just apply it whenever your lips start to dry out.

exfoliate with glycolic acid toner 2-3 times a week to remove dead skin cells
