Dry skin

I have dry skin and redness next my nose, eyebrows and sides of my head. This pics are lit me 2 mins out of the shower and it already started drying up. What can I do (besides topical steroids)

If you're taking hot showers, then you're melting your sebum, which is why you have that skin peeling immediately out of the shower.
I'm not going to be a cold shower preacher but don't take such hot showers.
I need better photos to actually assess your skin.

Use coconut oil and shower using lukewarm water. I've suffered from these things before and that's what worked for me. I use Aveeno mositurisng lotion and it does wonder. PM me if you need help
