Dry Skin?

I notice little white flakes along my facial hair region. How to fix? Moisturizers make me look greasy so anything else to do?

Eat liver and oyster quite regularly (not a meme I'm serious it did it for me) don't shower with water that is too hot. Also can't you moisturize at night?

No skin gets use to it and relies on it and then I’m oily
