1 Day dryfast is cheatcode, The hunger is only there for like 3 hours then its gone. The worst part is problaby that your mouth feels very dry but its manageable. Even though i got good results after it didnt make me want to starve myself alot like these anorexic retards.

Yes, it's true. The body takes the water from fat molecules so you can burn off a lot more that way. You're borderline anorexic if you do it though since it actually puts you in a state that's lethal and can kill you in 3 days.

From like 22percent bf to 18 atleast. I cannot dryfast for too long since im going on vacation and my mom will just think im anorexic if i dont eat then. Maybe one week of the whole month can be used for dryfasting with breaks. I dryfasted 24 hours to test it then i broke fast and ate like 1500 caloris day after
