instead of denial, we need to instead discuss on what the best treatment is to reverse this effect. We will not progress if we keep denying.

People say "barely any change", imagine saying that in a looksmaxx forum, where every mm of bone is said to matter signficantly, and these supposedly "small" change, can really impact someone's looks and how people may differently treat and perceive them.
