Qatar treats them decent (JFL if anyone fell for all the myths and lies about the world cup in which according to the media 50 indians were throwing themselves from the top of the stadiums everyday). Not ideal and still need to improve but definetly better than the rest of gulf countries.

The UAE on the other hand treats them like utter trash.
