This is where the new version of Surgerymax is opening starting Jan 1 2026.
New name, new brand, and better (faster) logistics. Details to come.
I chose this economic zone because of its tax savings, reasonable operational costs, state of the art commercial spaces that can be used to build out my CE certified implant production lab, and because of its connection to the new Dubai airport being built.
It's already operational for commercial cargo.
Instead of sending my implants & related products from a regular zone, which would take 24-48 hours just for them to reach the airport, Dubai South has a special nexus status allowing my products to clear customs and be on the plane to the destination country within just 2-4 hours.
I hope they let me lacquer the concrete floors with white epoxy. It looks so clean and professional like this:
And finally I'm getting a staff. Thank goodness. The wait times will be cut into a fraction.
It isn't the closest to Central Dubai like The Palm or Burj Khalifa but that doesn't matter for my purposes & Dubai South is the up and coming area about to be developed. Thats why they moved the new airport there. Dubai South is about to boom with high-end development.
I mostly live in Thailand anyway
It's too hot in Dubai and it's not like I'm gonna meet my future husband in a strict muslim country. However Gulf Countries (Saudi, UAE) are a much higher pedigree civilization than non-gulf Arabs. It's very safe and secure in these countries with little threat of terrorism.
I'll probably even wear this shit occasionally
