I work as an intern at a maxillofacial surgeon currently, today a dude walked in (sub5). Both of his jaws are recessed, he has an overjet (2mm) and an overbite (-2mm) AND an open bite (his front teeth and his mouth dont close, he has breathing issues and tmj). My boss (the surgeon) genuinely offered him a free bimax and the fucking retard denied. I was about to fucking cry. Why the hell would anyone deny that

In some case's I can see why people choose the lesser-chosen option, but what is the fucking point of saying no to something that will obviously help you both medically and aesthetically??

It was completely free too. My boss literally never had any big complications in surgery in 30 years.
