The most common argument I see as to why nofap is bad, is that after 7 days the test increases stops. Firstly, only ONE study has shown this to be so. And secondly, its the amount of testosterone IN THE BLOOD that is measured. What happens is the androgen receptors that have been absolutely fucking nuked by chronic fapping start to recover and the tests in the bloodstream starts to bind to them. This is why the test seems to stabilize at around the 7 day mark. Your body starts using the test.
