I went from 12 percent to 17 percent body fat. I ate lots of junk food which got me there. My question I guess is, if I cut down will my face look identical as before? Or have I permanently caused damage I’m panicking

essentially the same, also it was only a 5% increase, nothing dramatic just don't increase it any more
