Just because a user makes an appeal, it does not necessarily means it'd be accepted as an acceptable appeal and that the user will get unbanned. If anything, a majority of the appeals don't get accepted despite my efforts to help them.

Though I agree that it's probably not a good idea to let them 'verify' with images/videos, as whatever they end up sending, I'm sure it's not legitimate.
