Barbell training was invented by autistic ugly gymcels who want to get validation from number amount of iron plates they can lift off the ground.
Dumbbell training is so much better in every way. Better ROM. Better for avoiding injuries. Better for stabilizing muscles. Better for aesthetics.
NO reason to use barbells instead of dumbells unless you are just mindlessly chasing high numbers on your lifts. There is zero reason to ever do heavy deadlifts or squats, injury risk is just far too high and honestly big quads just look like pure shit. Skipping leg day altogether is preferrable to having overtrained legs.
