Dunning Kruger effect is legit, living it

it is 100% legit, when I was a fat fuck and ugly, I looked at the average 5'6 Indian uncle around me and thought I looked pretty damn good. Now that I am leaner and seem to be comfortably above average, I just look at bollywood chads, male models, chads I grew up with and feel like I am ugly and think about my peanut head size, shit under eye area, tiny lips, balding, bad undertones, mankletism and ginormous nose all the time.

Yes, I agree.

I made a thread about that you will always see yourself as average a long time ago. People just said im coping.

But the fact is that you cant judge your own looks. You will always end up as seeing yourself as average or maybe a little above when looking in the mirror, because your brain gets use to your own face.
