Dut & Accutane

i believe i’m gonna have to bite the bullet and finally take treatments for hair/skin, i’m thinking of hopping on 20mg accutane and 0.5mg dut daily to start with atleast. i’m extremely worried about the libido side effects though, i’m aware they’re quite rare but it’s still possible. i’m young (20) and my test results are around 700ng/dl is there any protocols i can follow to blunt these sides or do i just have to blast test. any help greatly appreciated!
