Is gyno surgery straightforward and easy for a surgeon to fix and not fuck up? My hair's stayed awesome but this side effect is super annoying

The right kind of gyno surgery to remove glandular tissue that responds to estrogen would stop it permanently, and you could continue dut. But you're unlikely to do that anyway so AI

Find a competent and experienced western surgeon and you're gucci low complication rates

AFAIK once the gland has been enlarged by dut, you need to remove it all together for gyno to go away

Easy as surgery my friend got it and it went super well don’t stress it will be fine
