Dutasteride .5mg vs 2.5mg

so my hairlines been receding since was 17 yrs old and ive hopped on fin 1.2 mg and min 3mg at 19 and been on it for a year and still havent stopped balding / stabilized yet and dont know what to do next . I copped like 300 dut .5 pills on indiamart and 300 2.5 min pills aswell and a bottle of ru58841 . i dont know if i should full nuke my dht and go 2.5 dut daily and 5mg oral min and use the ru all over my head, or just try .5 dut MWF or daily with 2.5 min and ru only on the hairline , the scary thing is idek if this balding is androgen related cuz who tf doesnt stabilize on fin after a whole year.

Try to 2.5 dut and 5 mg oral minox maybe you just have really aggressive balding genes that need higher doses

.5 mg is enough just for even 3 times a week but it wont work as good in hairline since hairline follicules are more sensitive to dht even at lower doses

2.5 will work better than 0.5 it is true. Clavicular recommended 2.5mg. However it is quite expensive and in terms of roi, not really worth doing imo. If minoxodil + dutasetride isn’t enough to stop you balding, I would look into hair transplants tbh. Either than or a topical anti androgen like RU58841 but of course you might just fucking die from it jfl.

Try 10% minoxidil or oral minoxodil max dose before LDARing. You don’t really want to nuke DHT completely anyways.

try 0.5mg for like 6 months with topical 5% minoxidil which u pair with microneedling and tret (or just do oral if you wanna tank the side effects)

it should really work, I started balding at 16 started treating it at 21 (5 months in now) and im closing in on nw1.5 from nw3.

like the other broskis said 2.5mg is quite redudant unless ur on a cycle, and yes ru is quite good but I really dont think you need it if ur natty (you could still keep it and add it onto ur routine if after 6 months ur still receeding or ur regrowth is minimal)

Anyone recommending 2.5 dut is a fucking retard. Unless you are on mr olympia tier roid usage, you don’t need more than 0.5mg. There is literally no difference between 0.5 and 2.5, you’re only wasting your money like a naive idiot.
