Well just look at people who are deficient in 5 alpha reductase. They are all sub5 and have micro dicks or no dicks at all. Obviously this would be less pronounced if you started dut later in life but would still affect facial development.

Once you reach the cumulative dose of accutane you shouldn’t even have acne unless you are blasting steroids but if are blasting steroids you should be on dut already so i’m not sure about the question tbh. I’m on dutasteride but i have AGA, wouldn’t advise it really unless you have hairloss

Yea thats fine, ive been on fin for 2 years since the age of 19, my temples are still miniturized and it only slowed it down by 90% not fully so decided to switch which i would consider a reasonable decision, will see what dut does. What fin was also really useful is getting my sources right, since it’s dirt cheap i tried indian and eventually prescribed ways and since there is no dut in my country only dut with tamsulosin im getting yearly doses from an european compounding pharmacy
