Dutasteride tablets are only available in India for some reason

It only seems to be Indian companies that make them. Why? I don't know

Leads me to question their efficacy. Some study showed a tablet form was slightly less efficacious than capsule, but you can just take two tablets. But then why have brands not developed tablets outside of India?

Similarly to haircafe, I don't want to take regular dut due to gelatin, but idk how sustainable ordering online from Indian pharmacies will be long term, say if I run out and forget to order in time, or they don't ship if I move country

And what I'm saying is, it's only Indian generic brands that come as a tablet. I have found them online to order, but a little concerned about why this is the case
