HIGH IQ COMMENT INCOMING: heres the thing mate, 90% scalp dht suppression has never really been studied in literature, we only got to about 2.5mg studying and can confirm an 80% scalp dht supression. After that, it decays exponentially, so you would have to take an insanely large dose (40mg) of dutasteride to even theoretically get to 90%, and thats where the problem comes in. How are you gonna take this much? You can consume 80 0.5mg dutasteride capsules which would cost you an arm and a leg or you could buy some powder off indiamart, which is more problematic than it seems

In order for a drug to be effective in your body it needs to be absorbed properly, so it needs to be soluable in water and fat. Dutasteride is NOT soluable in water, which is why it needs to come in these gelatin capsules mixed in with oil, which helps the body absorb it much more reliable. If you were to press your own dut tablets or mix the powder with water, well it would be insanely unpredictable how much dut your body is absorbing because it is absorbed insanely poorly in powder form, so you could even just suppress less than the amount you would get with a gel 0.5mg capsule. It could work if you premixed the powder with oil yourself, but you would have to iqmaxx and know the proper way to do this to allow proper absorption, something that is done in labs by pharmaceutical companies with insane precision.

at this point, the only cope you have is to take androgen receptor blockers, and completely block the ability for dht to bind to your cells. but this means you will essentially trannymaxx

Yeah mate, avoid balding at all cost, that is a psl death sentence and dooms you to inceldom, do whatever you can to prevent it. What norwood are you at now? I would stay on 0.5 dut unless you see the hairline getting worse. Minox and RU is cope, they dont target DHT which is the main process behind hair loss. Once you lose your hair it is essentially over, hair transplants look terrible and fake, and hair systems can come off when your banging a foid for generation auraloss

im on 2.5mg of dut a day + 2 time minoxidil a day if ru is cope there I no more hope for me I will also transplant this summer it wasn't a way to save myself but to add more to what I have because like u said transplant usually look shit cause they try a save an unusable nigga I know if I lose my hair im roping I remember I swear I was literally invisible and did not understand why people were mean then suddenly everyone is nice life is true horror.

well there have been no scientific trials of RU, you have no idea what the side effects are. it doesn't just block dht reception, but also testosterone which is the primary male sex hormone, now that becomes a big problem. Also people report it to have cardiotoxic effects. I wouldnt fuck with drugs that haven't been studied much at all, too unpredictable. BTW how are you taking 2.5mg of dut? 5 capsules a day?

0.5 is too little for me I think my hair is good now but I did a thread im wondering if im thinning from accutane or actually further norwooding hold on these are the pics . the one annotated 1 are just now and 2 are like a month ago my question u think this looks like acutane diffuse thinning ro im cooked. I have been like 1.5 month on 2.5 mg of dut im switching from fin did not drop the fin so switching while taking both and minox twice a day.

Norwood 2. Yeah your hairline is getting fucked. you can tell by the short hairs along the hairline when you pull it back. Thats how you know its balding, the dht is killing the hair cycles shorter and shorter so they appear shorter on the hairline compared to the back

no mate, accutane does not shorten the hair cycle along the hairline, that is a genetically sensitive to dht zone and its miniturizing right now

fin has a short half life of 6 hours, and dutasteide has a half life of 5 weeks, so if you stop fin and take dutasteride immediately after, you essentially have poor dht supression for about 8 weeks until the dut builds up in your blood, which was a gap large enough for you to bald more

I never stopped fin im still taking it and taking dutasteride at the same time I went directly to 2.5mg of dutasteride that's why im surprised my curls like month ago were way thicker and did not have these weird small hairs I started noticing when my dad started telling me ohhh why don't u brush ur hair it looks ugly these small hairs.... I don't fucking know at that point I guess im doomed

I think you'll be fine. Keep taking dut and the fin. Drop the fin after 5 months – or earlier, whenever you feel like it
