almost all of central europe looks the same, they've got sickly pale skin, brown hair, brown eyes, and are build like squares.

I cant be 100% sure since I haven't lived in Germany but the overall notion is that German women are prettier on average. They have more slender build (closer to EE) and have more of that stereotypical Germanic model look. (Most are still ugly tho)
Dutch women on the other hand look like the green Fiona from Shrek.
