Dye my hair medium brown?

I was thinking about dying my hair medium brown and maybe getting green eye contacts because school starts in less than a month.

I have dark brown/black hair rn and I commonly get mistaken for being Asian when I’m not. I’m hoping maybe this could ascend my coloring? Lmk
