your eye lashes are there, theyre just under your hooded eyes, Chico didnt really have outstanding eyelashes cause he had hooded eyes too. You'd need to grow them to a ridiculous length

yeah you could work on the bottom ones, I mean work on both while you're at it but you wont get like Zayn Malik eye lashes cause your eyes are hooded. Hooded eyes are not bad unless they took away your appeal and you cant pull of the look

it depends, in your pic you have very good lighting, if you have some kind of under eye problems when you have worse lighting it might help, it helped me so yeah
