DYI semax nasal spray

Made my own nasal spray Semax bottle with some random nasal spray brand. Used PBS water to sterilize it, as it shouldn't irritate my nasal passages as much as BAC water. There's currently 20 mg worth of Semax with 6 mL of PBS water meaning each spray is 300 mcg. So I'm planning to use 1 spray before school and another right before 3rd period to get to 600 mcg daily. This should last 33 days. To keep it cool, I'm going to keep an ice gel pack in my blazer pocket wrapped in tin foil so that should solve the insulation problem. Will update if I see any noticeable changes.
