When dealing with a lesser man, the onus is on the man to charm the woman, but when dealing with a greater(chad looks rtc u call it teenagers) man, the onus is on the woman to charm the man.
Problem is, most women only have experience dealing with lesser men - which means they approach their betters with the wrong mindset from the outset, and lack the charisma and interpersonal skills necessary to endear him.
Most women have never had to "win a man" into liking them, and it shows.
