E2 is rising while taking more Aromasin/Exemestane

Hello,
I have a problem. My E2 are rising even though taking aromasin/exemestane
I have started HGH 6iu with 17.5mg exemestane about 6 weeks ago and everything was pretty good. No side effects or anything.
Additionally I was doing some bloodwork to make sure I am taking the right dosage of each since it’s different for everyone. My goal is/was E2 14-20 and igf1 around 700

started with 250 igf1 and 27 E2 test 500
trying out 25mg my E2 went down to 10 which was to low for me so
then I took 17.5mg got 16pg/mL which was perfect for me
after two weeks of hgh on 4iu my igf1 was op to 500 so I increased to 6iu (test was 850)
a month later I was measuring (12 days ago) and got igf1 = 750, E2 = 27, test 750
so I took 25mg to lower ist but I got igf = 850, E2 = 36

I have no idea why the E2 doesn’t get suppressed. AI says it’s because the bloodwork tests I am doing see Aromasin and Estradiol as the same substance so it counts it wrong. It suggests doing another type of bloodwork which I can’t do in my city. Additionally I want to lower the HGH dosage to 5iu to get back to 700.

If anyone could tell me why that could be and what I should do in the future to determine the right dosage of HGH and exemestane I would send 30$ paypal.

No point in paying the people here, your dose is fine. You have bloodwork which is everything

Just seems like everywhere you go u say dumb shit, even if tests aren't 100% on the dot accurate they're not going to be marginally inaccurate otherwise we just wouldn't have them. He needs tests to see where his hormone levels are since he's actively interfering with them and needs to see if something goes wrong or unintended. please give better advice bhai
