Early growth spurt

Does anyone know if i can still get a growth spurt or if it is actually over?
I went from 150-170cm at 11-13 and now im 174 at almost 16,all the other guys surpassed me and i barely grew this year

maybe, depends on ur growth plates, get an xray or smth
