I was always the tallest in my class. My dad is 6’1” and my mom is 5’5”, so I grew up thinking I would be tall. At 12 years old, I was already 5’7”, but now at 15 I’m only 5’8”. I know I might not grow much more for whatever reason, and I understand that may be out of my control. I just want to know if there is anything I can realistically do to gain about 3 inches, or at least grow a little more

probably over, you ain't growing 3 inches.

elaborate
hgh is not gonna boost his height at all and ai is just gonna keep plates open for a bit longer but he risks fucking up his estrogen. if anything id suggest just using low dose aromasin if he really wants to but he'll get there if he's genetically predisposed to

Start consuming lots of d-vitamin, might help.

AHHAHAHAHHA youre so braindead. please show me a study that shows height gains in teens in puberty that ARENT deficient in growth hormone. there arent any because its simply untrue. if you started pre-puberty and you were slightly deficient then yeah an increase in height is likely at doses of 12+ IU. please read a book you ape

yet i know more. im not flaming u. just before you recommend something, research it. hgh treatment needs to last years at doses that need to be clinically monitored (12 IU and up) + a true GH deficiency needs to be present in the kid in order for him to have a chance to grow. otherwise its utterly pointless. if u actually look at the numbers and studies you'll see what i told you checks out.

stop trying to be contrary

there is very specific cases where it doesnt work
most times it does help and does work

dude please read what im saying. numerous studies have been done on this exact topic and the ONLY time hgh worked is when there was a GH deficiency. its a fact im not trying to be different.

"This study retrospectively investigated records of idiopathic dwarfism patients"

this study investigated midgets

still shows height growth

height growth nonetheless.
alright have it your way. go ahead and suggest hgh to other midgets on this forum, im not stopping you. but dont recommend it to users who dont have deficiencies and arent midgets.
