Depends: for me it's a Looksmaxx because it offsets my 2.45 FWHR and intimidating frame, giving me a more approachable appearance... I used fake earrings in 2020, don't know if I would get a real one because I have a tendency to get hypertrophic scars in some areas of the body so it could fuck up my ears.
