Ears rotation is everything

The title is pretty clickbait but let me share an interesting theory where only the ears rotation from the side can ascend/descend someone.

To make it simple, here is David Gandy with a slight nerd neck posture :

Now David Gandy with a different ear rotation :

His forehead/browridge appear naturally more pronounced and the gonial angle is more flat/dimorphic.

This ear rotation makes him fraud a better mandibular plane angle basicelly.

I'm not telling that everyone need that or as much as my exemple but we all have different types of ears : lowset/highset, downturned/flat. Im sure that we also all have different ears rotation.
Brutal for earcels, some people could have slitghly backturned ears without even knowing.
What do you think ?
Also : Do you think that it can be fixed with an autistic blackpilled otoplasty procedure ?

The edited pic is better if we hide the neck. And the original one looks more natural because of the neck but it's maybe just Gandy that have a good ears rotation
