idk im going to hardmax my ears too in the future, I dont really get comments on them anymore but Ive asked my friends and they all say they r my worse feature followed by uee.

its a good surgery, pretty cheap and low risk

Othoplasty is easy surgery and cheap so def worth it but my issue is surgery will give some uncanny looks thats what im worried about
