There are a lot of threads on here about accutane with a bunch of medical terms that no one reads a molecule of anyways; this thread will only have the essentials.

Pre accutane shopping cart: There’s a couple of non negotiable things to use on accutane if you want to mog/avoid long term side effects. The first is artificial tears. These should be taken 4 times a day regardless if your eyes feel dry or not, dry eyes feeling signals some damage is already happening. Not doing this can lead to meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) which basically is when your oil glands in your eyes shrink to the point where they can’t make enough oil. At that point you are fucked to a life of constant untimely dryness. Another important factor of eye protection is daily warm compresses on the eyelids. This allows for the oil glands in your eyes to continue producing sebum.

Next is sunscreen which is important due to the burns that can happen while on accutane, which commonly lead to scarring. The sunscreen should be 30+ spf zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. And yes niggers you need to use it too even tho you might not normally.

And finally Is the holy trinity of accutane: fish oil, la roche posay, and and an anti histamine You should take atleast 1000 mg of omega 3 daily. This essentially is a lubricant for your joints which are common to ache during this time, while also moisturizing your skin from the inside. La roche posay tripple moisturizer is the best on the market and will hold moisturizer all day easily. An antihistamine is commonly used for allergies but its anti inflammatory properties is great to stop microcomedones from turning into large cyst. If you can get your derm to prescribe amoxicillin, that is even better.

Sorry for the formatting I’m on my phone and this is my first “guide”. I did a lot of research before hopping on from org to clinical research, I have been able to get clear skin and even leaner using this and have been able to slay way more. If you have any questions lmk

Forgot to add, you only need to wash your face once daily at night time unless you’re a stinky nigger. The shit that is making your skin oily/acne ridden is being stripped and many people basically don’t even wash their face when they are off. Cerave gentle cleanser is probably the best option.

It’s all about being proactive bro the short term shit like skin dryness doesn’t really matter too much you’re main goal should be identifying possible future long term issues and stopping them now
