Easiest high protein diet 1200-1500kcals and not feel hungry during the day

Just eat Lots of chicken and broccoli bro

Notes: sometimes kwark/quark is hard to find in some countries maybe you can replace it with a low fat high protein yoghurt but yoghurt contains more KCALS

Eating Quark (high in casein protein) in the day. and eating heavy food in night.

This should be the format-
Eggs in breakfast.
chicken meals during the day and
quark before going to bed.

this format will help you alot. this is what I am following btw.
I eat 10 eggs in the morning. 1kg of chicken breast with vegetable during the day and 500g of greek yogurt before I go to sleep.

Very good and inspiring Thread. Kudos for you. Im trying to maintain 1500 kalories per day.. with little bit of cardio and weight lifting . I dont wanna lose my muscle when Im taking 1500 calories per day.

10 fucking eggs in morning? Its really not healthy take 60 percent of protein per meal.. That shit will fuck your kidney in time.
