To me it doesn't matter. I'm in that job because I'm depressed and demoralized. No one who isn't demoralized and doesn't feel defeated would work such a job, anyway. I'm here to make some money.

I selected that job because it requires little to no interaction with other humans, and I'm currently depressed and demoralized, and want to be alone, not seen by anyone.

Yes, the night shifts are very, very lonely. Since a-social, not anti-social, due to insecurities, not neuropathology, I want the social contact but there is something that just holds me back. Only surgeries can fix the thing.
