This thread is for addictioncels who can't quit.
First step is acknowledging that you have a problem. You have an addiction and it's not something you can control.
Second step is to work towards a more realistic goal. Rome wasn't built in one day. You have to approach things slowly and steadily.
Third step is the most crucial and the hardest. Heres what you have to do: Log out, grab a strong rope from nearby store and commit suicide.
If you follow this guide you can easily quit this forum within 2 weeks.
