Use baking soda when brushing, its not cope. Its so cheap and effective ive literally noticed results after 3 days. Get a huge bag which has many other uses outside of looksmaxxing, put it in a small container in your bathroom, wet toothbrush, and dip into said container (bonus points if u have an electric toothbrush). You can also buy a toothpaste with baking soda infused if that's more convient.
