easiest ways to make ramus more noticeable ?

my hyoid is lifted and my under jaw area is pretty slim but near my ramus, my jaw is less noticeable and pretty round.
anything helps.

cant spot reduce fat on your face
you could inject aqualyx but its kinda sketchy cuz its near all your arteries n shit
just lose fat in general
