no but I'm taking a lot of caffeine and taurine, if you can't pinch fat from your belly you should be around 10 or 12 bf

caffeine is legit but reta is obviously a lot better, super cheap too, like 1 mg for 1.5$

I’m did melanotan and it made me switch races from white to a mexican, no thanks.
I’m on test and anavar right now but the test hasn’t fully kicked in since i’m doing a long ester.

I am 100% running my first cycle correctly, you haven’t offered any advice or counter argument besides from ad hominem so clearly you don’t know what could be improved.

You know that 10 weeks for test is nothing right? :lul:
Test E takes 3-5 weeks to fully saturate so when you’re running it for 10 weeks only almost half of the cycle is reaching full saturation. so by the time your blood levels are steady, you’re already preparing to stop

Cutting it off at week 10 leaves you with a short growth window of maybe 3-4 effective weeks

The sweat spot is almost always from week 10-16 which means you’re building the most muscle at week 11-16, and for you, you’re mostly building glycogen and water rather than actual muscle mass. You may see some better recovery etc but not crazy muscle mass, ESPECIALLY not at 250 mg:ROFLMAO:

What’s even the reason you’re doing 10 weeks lol?HPTA, HPG shut down will be the same as it would if you were doing 16-20 weeks anyway. It’s just pointless
you need to do 14 weeks MINIMUM:
At week 1-4 your building up and letting your ester to fully saturate.
At week 5-10 you’re recovering better and you will maybe see some more muscle mass but nothing crazy.
And at week 10+ your blood levels are already saturated and you’re starting to see real growth

For the dose part: 250 mg is almost TRT-like dose, it will put you slightly above natural max levels of test. Don’t get me wrong, you will grow some, but nothing crazy compared to natural progression

And doing it for 10 weeks is even WORSE. 260 mg will give you almost no growth, it will maybe will give you some placebo effect but except for that you will most likely just build water and glycogen rather than actual muscle mass,
So 250 is barely above TRT, full shutdown, small anabolic return, and too short of a window to make the modest dose worth it

So my take is that you should do it like that:
For the test E:
1-6 weeks 300-350 mg,
week 6-12 450-500 mg
Week 12-16/20/24, just stay at 500 mg if it’s your first cycle and if you’re feeling very good you can maybe bump the dose to 600/700, but 500 mg is the sweat spot, remember that.

For the var just do 30-40 mg until week 8-12, depends on how you’re feeling

Also I advise you to bulk the whole cycle (the cycle I suggested you not what ever the fuck you wanted to run), and then at the end of the cycle cruise and cut

If you want you can cruise the test, but not the anavar, cruising anavar is mental retardation level
