Diet consisting full of rice is harming these East Asian dudes. They are smaller and weaker than other men. They should stop eating rice and replace rice with wheat, whole grains or give up grains.

They eat lots of fish too. Fish is low in protein. It only has omega 3s. It only makes you smart instead of tall and strong. Ditch the fish, start eating more red meat and chicken.

They must start including dairy in their diet. How are they going to grow tall if they don't consume dairy?

They’re a lot skinnier and healthier than people in the west, generally speaking. They have fuller hair and better skin too. The only problem is rice doesn’t really help with bone growth and the ratio of animal products consumed is too low
