Joshua is a boxer, so he can only punch. Stipe is an MMA fighter, so he can punch, kick AND grapple.

Boxing fight = Joshua wins, but could actually be somewhat competitive since Stipe is a very good boxer himself.
MMA fight = Stipe wins, would be over the second Stipe takes him down, he'd maul Joshua.
Kickboxing fight = Stipe wins, Joshua would get destroyed too as he can't kick and wouldn't be able to take all of those kicks from Stipe.
Streetfight = Stipe wins. Once again, it would be over for Joshua the second Stipe takes him down to the ground.

Joshua is 198cm, Stipe is 193cm, similar difference to tonight's fight.
And yeah, a street fight is down to luck for some part, but a guy who has only trained in boxing has a very, very small chance of winning against someone who has trained in boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and jiu-jitsu, unless he lands the first shot.
