Looks arent the problem why I dont have a relationship. Despite leaving the house rarely I still get a lot of girls attention. But I could still improve in my looks with this stuff.

Yeah, this is the issue. 99% of the "DIY" surgeries are pretty shitty and don't give you any meaningful results in terms of your looks, and they carry risks which could make you look worse, not better. Stick to softmaxxing, that's the smartest thing you can do.
