BRUH i just measured myself and for the first time ever im 6ft
i legit grew like 3-4cm in past month
2 of it was j from hgh but the other 2cm i got legit in 30 minutes just now, i saw that nigga Wollas on tiktok talking about spinal decompression and compression. As well as fixing anterior pelvic tilt
So i did like 5 mins excercise to fix my anterior tilt ( only temporarily id have to do more frequently for perma) and then did like spinal decompression and then measured and i deadass was 2cm taller. Def reccomend u guys try
